How many items does GBM, LLC. have?Normally we always have between 300 - 600 different items in stock.

Does GBM, LLC. carry the same items continually?No. We are opportunistic buyers. Our product mix changes constantly.

Do you sell one-dollar retail products?Many of our items are suited to the "dollar item" market.

Does GBM, LLC. carry seasonal merchandise such as Christmas, Easter, Back to School, Halloween, etc.?Yes, we do carry seasonal merchandise from time to time. Please check the "Hot Deals" on our website.

Does all your merchandise have UPC bar codes?Some of our products do have UPC bar codes. Please refer to the item description.

Are there any guarantees on the merchandise?Customers will be entitled to receive a credit or refund for any defective or damaged merchandise.

Do you import/export merchandise?Imports and exports comprise a significant portion of our business. We have warehouse facilities in the USA, Europe and the Middle East. For more details please contact us via e-mail.

Do you have goods in Europe?Yes. We have goods in warehouses in Europe, Israel and Jordan. Some are featured on this site.

Is it possible for us to collect the goods from your warehouse ?Yes. Our warehouses are situated in Edison, New Jersey (N.J. TPK at exit 10) and in Hawthorne, CA (1/2 hour drive from Los Angeles airport).

Can we get samples ?In most cases, samples will be sent free of charge. You must provide us with the item number you are requesting, your Fedex / UPS account number, your Company name and EIN#, your phone number, and your address. You can email us your request from the contact page.

What is your minimum purchse order?We require a minimum order of $500 (not including shipping & handling) We sell and ship only full case packs.

Do you have cash and carry service so we can order and pick up the same day?A cash & carry service is available at our New Jersey warehouse facilities.

Can you send us a list of recommendations ?With pleasure. At your request, we shall send you a list of references.

Can I buy your merchandise and sell to another store at closeout price?Since our prices are extremely low, it is possible to purchase from us and still sell to other wholesalers.

Do you have a show room?We do have a large showroom at our New York office and a small one at our warehouse in New Jersey.

How do I pay?We accept Paypal, wire transfers, money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in US Dollars only.

Do you charge tax on purchases?If you are tax exempt, no sales tax will be charged.
Shipping

Who is responsible for shipping and/or shipping costs?Freight costs are paid by the customer. We can arrange freight transportation for you within the USA if you prefer.

Can merchandise be shipped overseas?Yes. In this case, you will attend to the shipping.

How long will it take for me to receive items?We ship orders within 2 business days.

How do I check the status of my shipment?We shall update you by e-mail upon shipping.
Cancel and return

Can I cancel my order the same day?You are permitted to cancel your order up to 24 hours from the time of the order and you won’t be charged with cancellation fees provided that you notify us of the cancellation in writing.

Can I return the merchandise after they have been delivered?/ Return Policy?We will not accept returned goods unless the goods are defective or damaged and we are notified of such within 72 hours of your receipt of the merchandise..
